GET  or SEND is a  command for requesting text dumps of URL without any
www4mail processing.

Example:

GET http://www.ictp.trieste.it
SEND http://www.ictp.trieste.it

The above example would send the text dump page of the site 
www.ictp.trieste.it. Images are not shown.

The document is returned in the body of the e-mail message.
