XNOCOOKIES allows a user to erase his existing cookie file
and also disable the use of cookies.

The above example would delete all existing cookies
permanently. New cookies are not stored or used.

If server cookie support is disabled, then the above
command has no effect.

In order to make this command truely permanent. You may need
to add it to each fresh request that you send.
